Welcome to the 2018-2019 Season of West Morris Central Swimming!
Congratulations to our Relay Team on breaking the WMC School record in the 200 Freestyle Relay. The boys swam a 1:36.87 on Tuesday, January 23, at Morristown High School. The previous record was set on 2/1/14 and was a 1:37.28. The Relay Team now holds both the 200 Freestyle Relay record and the 200 Medley Relay record for WMC.
The team, pictured left to right are: Michael Fracchiolla (sophomore), Brian Moffitt (freshmen), Tyler Sansone (senior), and Mark Boiko (junior).
On October 21, 2018, the first Sarah’s Swim for Hope Swim-a-thon will be held at Morristown High School. There will be two swim sessions, 1pm-3pm and 3pm-5pm. All ages and abilities are welcome. There are designated “Fun” lanes where a swimmer can swim any number of laps or for 30 minutes; the other lanes swim 200 laps or two hour intervals. Please register for the appropriate lane as indicated in sign up.
WMC Swimmers—please consider swimming a session and volunteering for the other session. Red Cross Certified Lifeguards are needed to volunteer on deck.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to volunteer.
Proceeds will benefit the Sarah’s Fight for HOPE Foundation.
